Legnica is located near the Polish-German and Polish-Czech borders and the A4 motorway east-west , as well as the planned A3 motorway north-south; 400 km from Warsaw, 200 km from Berlin and 250 km from Prague. Both Polish and foreign investors are interested this area. The economic potential of the town is as follows: modern industry; considerable resources of water, gas and energy (heating and electricicity), convenient road and railway connections, a many open spaces and estates to be managed. The area on offer is located in the northern suburban part of the town, where mainly storehouses, storerooms and bases are located. This is also in the neighbourhood of the town railway station and a railway siding.
